  12.      The main documentation is in JAPAN.HLP. To read it, install
  13.      Nihongo Sensei, and double-click on the icon labeled Nihongo
  14.      Sensei Help.

  16.      Thank you for trying Nihongo Sensei!  With Nihongo Sensei you can
  17.      study Japanese at home, with spoken words and real Japanese
  18.      characters. Remember this product is shareware. If after 30 days
  19.      you still wish to continue using it, you must send in a
  20.      registration payment. To get started follow these steps.

  22.      To install Nihongo Sensei:
  23.      1.   Run Windows
  24.      2.   Choose File|Run from the Program Manager
  25.      3.   Type 'B:\SETUP' or another path for the setup program
  26.      4.   Follow the on-screen prompts
  27.      
  28.      Note:
  29.           If you downloaded Nihongo Sensei from a BBS, CompuServe,
  30.           Internet etc., the file VBRUN300.DLL is not included to save
  31.           you time downloading. This file is essential to running
  32.           Nihongo Sensei. Although most users already have
  33.           VBRUN300.DLL, if you do not, you can find it on Compuserve,
  34.           Internet, and various BBS's.  When you get this file copy it
  35.           into your Windows system directory ie. 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM'
  36.           and install Nihongo Sensei following the instructions above.

  40.      WHAT IS NIHONGO SENSEI
  41.      Nihongo Sensei is a Windows program that displays a word in
  42.      Japanese characters and uses the sound card to say the word
  43.      simultaneously. The user inputs vocabulary words to study and the
  44.      program creates a quiz. The program can also print quizzes with
  45.      scores, edit quizzes in Japanese, and keep statistics of
  46.      progress. The user can concentrate on certain words for repeated
  47.      practice based on previous scores.  The program teaches Japanese
  48.      vocabulary words with both visual and auditory prompts.

  50.      SHAREWARE REMINDER
  51.      This program is shareware, you may use it for 30 days. If after
  52.      the period of 30 days, you decide to keep this program you must
  53.      register.  Failure to register this program after 30 days is a
  54.      violation of United States and international copyright laws. This
  55.      program is fully functional unregistered.

  58.      To register run Nihongo Sensei and choose 'Register...' The cost
  59.      to register Nihongo Sensei is $20 + S&H. This includes:

  67.      Neurosoft disclaims all warranties in relation to this software,
  68.      whether express or implied, including but not limited to any
  69.      implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
  70.      particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and
  71.      specifically disclaimed. Neither Neurosoft nor anyone else who
  72.      has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of
  73.      this software shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, or
  74.      incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use
  75.      such software even if Neurosoft has been advised of the
  76.      possibility of such damages or claims. In no event shall

  88.      successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. Any action or
  89.      proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out
  90.      of or related to this agreement shall be brought in a STATE or
  91.      FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Linn County,
  92.      Oregon. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of
  93.      said courts.
